Sydney’s Humble Bakery is bringing nostalgic charm to Valentine’s Day with a limited-edition collection that puts a playful spin on old-school Aussie favourites.
The bakery, which took home the crown for Australia’s Best Finger Bun in 2024, has created a range designed for sharing and spreading joy this romantic season.
The star of the show is the Iced Vovo Finger Bun, a light-hearted tribute to the iconic Australian biscuit. Picture a soft finger bun made with sweet milk dough, packed with cranberries, raisins and currants, then filled with coconut praline butter. It’s topped with baby pink cream cheese frosting, house-made raspberry jam and a generous sprinkle of coconut.
The collection also features raspberry white chocolate Florentines studded with caramelised fruit, white chocolate Alfajores filled with dulce de leche almond mousse and cherry jam, and classic shortbread heart cookies with royal icing.
