Esteemed chef Robert Lechowicz brings all-day dining, a mouth-watering menu and stylish interiors to the Eastern Suburbs with the launch of Blackwood Bondi.

Following in the footsteps of cult-Cronulla favourite, Blackwood Pantry, Michelin-star trained co-owner and Executive Chef, Rob Lechowicz has recently opened Blackwood Bondi. Having swapped Michelin-star kitchens in Europe for the laid-back Bondi lifestyle, Lechowicz is fusing his impressive classical French cooking background with the effortless ambiance that the Eastern Suburbs are known and loved for. Nestled in the heart of the bustling Seven Ways hub, Lechowicz has joined forces with two friends, Daniel Sorridimi and Paul Pisani to create a stylish new space perfect for Bondi locals and tourists alike.
A dining experience that fuses Mediterranean and Asian flavours, diners can expect to see everything from brunch favourites such as blueberry and ricotta hotcakes and smashed avo, to the restaurant’s signature Moreton Bay Bug Roll and Truffle Casarecce Pasta. And with a sumptuous sundown cocktail list curated by Maybe Sammy’s Vince Lombardo that features a colourful Sebastian Spritz, the much-loved Blackwood Margarita, and even a Croissant Martini with almond croissant-soaked vodka, Mr Black and espresso, the delectable offering caters for all tastes and appetites.
Add into the mix impeccably stylish interiors from design outfit Richards Stanisich that are inspired by the Med, from the green stone floor to the handmade ceramic plates and the stunning sage banquet, Blackwood Bondi is sure to become one of the neighborhood’s hottest spots
