Have you heard about the best gelato cafe in the world? It’s based in Sydney and has beaten two other major Aussie gelato producers, Gelato Messian and N2, after being named the best gelataria in the world!
It was announced last weekend in Rimini, Italy, that the Cow and the Moon have taken over the title in the World Gelato Tour competition. Located in the inner-city in Enmore, ‘Cow and the Moon’ have beat the Italians at their own game by providing the best tasting gelato. The family-run gelato and coffee bar won over the voters with their delicious almond (mandorla) affogato flavour, a re-creation of the classic affogato. You can try the flavour at their Enmore store plus a wide range of other flavours featuring nuts, fruits, berries and even popcorn! They also make their own handmade chocolates and cakes if you’re still in need of a sweet fix.
