American Express delicious. Month Out returns this May, and this year brings a serious drawcard: Christina Tosi is bringing Milk Bar to Australia for the first time.
The pastry chef behind viral creations like Cereal Milk soft serve and the brand that turned nostalgic sweets into a global obsession is heading to Sydney to recreate the New York Milk Bar experience locally.
From 1st to 3rd May, Tosi takes over Ace Hotel Sydney’s café Good Chemistry, transforming it into a temporary Milk Bar. Expect a tightly curated menu featuring her most recognisable creations, plus a new dessert inspired by classic Australian flavours, crafted exclusively for the event.
The pop-up is part of the seventh annual AEDMO, which runs across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra, serving up exclusive dining offers and experiences across more than 65,000 venues nationwide.
