Bar Folio Walsh Bay is the new cocktail bar inside Roslyn Packer Theatre, where the drinks arrive with as much theatre as the stage next door. Every cocktail is whisked or poured tableside, and the Infinity Old Fashioned is never the same twice.
The Infinity Old Fashioned is the star, mixing your choice of whisky with a ‘Mother’ blend of every whisky behind the bar, ensuring no two serves are ever the same. The House Bellini gets whisked to order with seasonal fruit sorbet and Prosecco, while the Flame of Love martini arrives tableside with flamed orange zest.
Every Wednesday to Saturday from 7:30pm to 9:30pm, they offer a promotion called The Second Act which includes $13 cocktails complimentary snacks. The cocktails include Spicy Margarita, Vodka Martini, or a refreshing Peach Mojito.
The food menu leans into shareable indulgence, from David Blackmore Wagyu lasagna with truffle pecorino to chocolate mousse served from the big bowl. Like Minds Studio designed the space to feel like sitting inside a Negroni, with plush plum velvet banquettes and warm lighting creating an intimate, luxurious vibe. Find out more here.
