Managing Your Venue Listing
Everything you need to keep your EDP venue page accurate and current
Your Listings
From My Venue, you’ll see all venues linked to your account, with subscription status.
- Find the venue you want to update in My Listings.
- Click the edit icon.
- Make your changes.
- Click Save Changes.
Changes go live immediately — there’s no review step, so double-check details before saving.

Hours & Notes
Enter your opening hours as plain text — this is what displays on your venue page.
Example: Mon to Thu from 5:30pm, Fri from 5pm, Sat and Sun from 12pm
Keep this current. Your listing shows a live open/closed status pulled from this field/
Offers & Regulars
These are always-on offers not one-off events. Things like Happy Hour, Express Lunch, Sunday Roast etc. You can add up to 3. Try not to change these too often, it’s better for SEO if these are consistent.
For each offer:

| Image | 310 × 200px |
| Title | Short and specific — e.g. “Happy Hour” or “Monday Night Lasagna” |
| Description | What’s on offer, when, and the price. Members read this on your venue page — make it easy to act on. Keep it short and concise. |
| Supplier Credit | Your venue or supplier name, e.g. “Vineria Luisa” |
Click + Add Offer to add another. Click the × on any offer to remove it.
Perk
A single Perk for regular customers, separate from your offers above to entice them to book.

| Perk Code | The code members enter at checkout, or note on your reservation platform booking, e.g. EDPCOCKTAILS |
| Perk Notes | Describe what the code unlocks and any terms (keep short) |
What You Can’t Edit Yourself
Hero, feature and gallery images are managed by the EDP team. So are the tags, editorial copy and Quick Bites. We update these annually when your subscription renews.
