St Vincent’s College Art Exhibition 2026 unites Australian art and a powerful charitable mission in Potts Point

St Vincent’s College Potts Point is proud to announce the return of its highly anticipated annual Art Exhibition in 2026, bringing together an inspiring collection of established and emerging Australian artists in support of the vital work of Open Support.

The much-loved exhibition will officially open on Friday 11 September 2026 with a special Opening Night celebration, followed by a public viewing during the College’s Spring Fair on Sunday 13 September.

This year’s exhibition promises an exciting and diverse showcase of contemporary Australian art, photography and ceramics, carefully curated by the College’s Art Curation team. The exhibition will feature returning favourites alongside a number of acclaimed new artists including Artist in Residence Laura Bishop, Ceramicist Issy Parker, Archibald Finalist Noah Regan, Landscape artist Matt Palmer, Photographer Harriet Pratten, a selection of works from the Warlukurlangu Art Centre, NT and many more artists.

The Opening Night event will offer guests the opportunity to enjoy drinks, canapés and live music while experiencing a vibrant collection of artworks designed to captivate collectors, art enthusiasts, and the wider community alike.

Tickets for Opening Night are on sale now and are open to the public.

The St Vincent’s College Art Exhibition has become a celebrated event on Sydney’s cultural calendar, drawing strong community support while championing Australian creativity and emerging artistic talent.

Importantly, the exhibition also carries a meaningful charitable purpose. In true Vinnies spirit, 100% of commissions from artwork sales will be donated to Open Support — an organisation dedicated to assisting women and children escaping domestic and family violence, supporting individuals experiencing social isolation, and helping people in regional New South Wales access essential healthcare services.

‘This exhibition is about far more than art,’ said Danni Robinson, Director of St Vincent’s College Art Exhibition Team from St Vincent’s College. ‘It’s about community, compassion, and creating meaningful change through creativity. Every artwork purchased directly contributes to supporting vulnerable Australians through the work of Open Support.’
The public will also have another opportunity to purchase remaining artworks when the exhibition reopens during the St Vincent’s College Spring Fair on Sunday 13 September.
