Live seafood demonstration comes to the fish markets’ Sydney Seafood School
MasterChef’s Courtney Roulston and Man Can Cook NZ creator Daniel Rankin are teaming up for one day only, with live seafood cooking at Sydney Seafood School in the Sydney Fish Market on Friday 23rd October.
Presented by the Marine Stewardship Council, it’s a cooking demonstration rather than a class, but there will be plenty of tips, personal stories and audience Q&A along the way.
Each ticket includes a welcome glass of prosecco or sparkling mocktail, hot and cold canapés (think fish tacos and lobster rolls), a meet-and-photo moment with both cooks and a goodie bag worth at least $25. Expect tastings of MSC certified tuna, octopus, prawns, lobster and hoki across two sessions on the day.
