A Picturesque Harbourside Sauna Experience Is Coming To Manly
A new outdoor wellness experience is coming to North Head, Manly, with Harbour Heat bringing a contemporary sauna experience to the historic grounds of Q Station. Set on Q Station’s private wharf, the sauna offers uninterrupted views across Sydney Harbour National Park, with guests able to escape into nature while enjoying a traditional wood-burning sauna.
The experience is designed around Finnish sauna rituals, with water poured over hot stones creating löyly, alongside the crackle of a traditional fire. Guests can also take a dip directly in Sydney Harbour before or after their session for a natural contrast therapy experience, with Q Station’s healing herbal teas adding to the restorative setting.
