Gozney Local Sydney, Pizza Lorrd Is Back For One Sunday

Gozney Local Sydney wraps up on Sunday, 8th November with Sunday Service, a one day pizza takeover at Porcine in the L’Avant Cave courtyard in Paddington. Emlyn Bilbie, aka Pizza Lorrd, is back on the pies with Nik Hill and the Porcine crew, firing up the Gozney ovens from midday.

Gozney Local is a week of one off pizza collaborations between the chefs and venues shaping Sydney’s food culture, and this is the final stop. Expect Porcine’s mussels on toast reimagined as a pizza, a Provençal style pie with tomato, peppers, green olives and goats cheese, and a Jambon Persillade pie with smoked ham hock. There’s also a garlic prawn cocktail cooked in the Gozney oven and a snapper carpaccio, with pies served whole or by the slice.
