Sound Bath By The Sea Is Coming To Coogee

Slow down this spring with a new Floating Sound Bath Series at InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach, created in partnership with Aqua Sculpt. Starting Thursday 3rd September, the monthly 75-minute sunset sessions combine therapeutic sound, gentle movement and stillness, all set against sweeping views of Coogee Beach.

Led by sound bath healer Bess Wittingslow, guests can choose to float on a premium board in the heated infinity pool for $159pp, relax on a luxury lounger for $89pp, or book a double cabana for $199 for two. Sessions run on the first Thursday of every month from 6pm, offering a unique way to unwind as the sun sets over the ocean.
