Frenchies Bistro & Brewery Brings Back ‘Back To Our Roots’

Frenchies Bistro & Brewery is celebrating the changing seasons with ‘Back To Our Roots’, a $140pp seven-course degustation-style dinner on Saturday 17 October, channelling the fine dining Frenchies was known for between 2017 and 2020. Head Chef & Co-Founder Thomas Cauquil and chefs Jean and Yann are joined by a special guest for the night, former Frenchies chef Édouard Delefortrie, who has since held senior roles at Nour, Joji, Woodcut and Aambra.

Developed by the four over good food and good times, the menu promises creative techniques, unique ingredient pairings and a touch of French flair, celebrating the abundance of new seasonal produce.
