Sit Down With Tommy Pham is an intimate Vietnamese dinner at Delta Rue in Sofitel Sydney Wentworth on Thursday, 26th November. The MasterChef favourite starts the evening with a hands on experience, before guests settle in for a specially curated menu of snacks, mains and dessert.
Throughout the night, Tommy moves between tables sharing stories, culinary insights and his passion for Vietnamese cooking. This is part of the Tommy Pham Delta Rue takeover.
