Matty’s Patty’s Burger Club Pops Up at the SURPLUS Marketplace
Canadian chef Matty Matheson, known as Neil Fak on The Bear and as the face behind Matty’s Patty’s Burger Club, is bringing his famous smashburgers to Sydney for one day only. Usually you’d need a trip to Toronto or California to try one.
The burgers come with thin, lacy beef patties, a slick of American cheese and a mustardy yellow sauce. The pop-up runs from 10am to 6pm on Saturday 17 October at the Marketplace, part of the art, music, food and fashion festival SURPLUS in Darlinghurst.
