Maybe Sundays Brings Cocktails and DJs to InterContinental Coogee Beach

Maybe Sammy, El Primo Sanchez and CHELL-OH! are teaming up with One MICHELIN Key hotel InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach for three Sundays in October, taking over the iconic Pool Bar from 2pm to 6pm. Think cocktails, cabanas and DJs setting the soundtrack, with a new menu and theme each week.

It kicks off Sunday 11 October with Maybe Sammy Poolside, all bubbles and signature plates like Queensland scallops with miso brown butter. Sanchez Social follows on 18 October with tequila cocktails, Primo Margaritas and Mexican-inspired snacks including tempura barramundi tacos. The series closes on 25 October with Say CHELL-OH!, a spritz-laden send-off featuring Fancy Melon Sodas and Sydney rock oysters. Maybe Sammy staples including the Lychee Martini and Coconut Negroni pour across all three Sundays.
