Negroni Week(s) at The Dry Dock Brings Six Takes on the Classic
The Dry Dock is marking Negroni Week with an extended celebration, running from Thursday 3 to Wednesday 30 September, well beyond the official Negroni Week dates of 22–28 September. Across the Public Bar and Dining Room, six takes on the Milan classic are on offer: Milano-Torino, Americano, Classic Negroni, Boulevardier, Negroni Sbagliato and High & Dry, tracing the drink’s evolution from its 1860s origins through to its most modern riffs.
Adding to the celebration, resident DJ Chris Arnott spins Italo disco and lounge from 6pm every Thursday night throughout September. Bookings are recommended but walk-ins are welcome.
