Vineria Luisa Enmore is a neighbourhood Italian wine bar and gintoneria on Enmore Road, from the team behind a'Mare, Ormeggio at The Spit and Cibaria Manly. A Euro-focused wine list of small boutique producers sits alongside more than 50 specialty gins from around the world, paired with Italian share plates.

Alessandro Pavoni describes it as the soul of the neighbourhood, just like in Italy, and the space earns that description. The gin selection spans the world, with knowledgeable staff guiding pairings, and the food runs from bar snacks through to a full menu and set menus designed for groups. The space draws on the spirit of 1920s Italian aperitivo culture, where gin was a canvas for craftsmanship and botanicals rather than just a prohibition-era escape.

Open from Saturday and Sunday from noon, and weeknights from 5pm, it fits equally well for a long Saturday afternoon or a post-work Wednesday drink that turns into dinner.
