A two day burger bonanza is returning to Sydney, so ready your stomaches.
Ah, the humble burger. The unofficial king of comfort food, guaranteed to remedy everything from a rumbling stomach to a crippling hangover. Our love for the patty-meets-bun combination is as strong as ever, and now the ultimate two day burger bonanza is returning to Sydney.
Taking over Prince Alfred Park Square in Parramatta, this year’s Burgapalooza promises an epically proportioned line up in burger royalty. You’ll want to pencil the weekend of 21st and 22nd September in the diary, with Down N’ Out, BL Burgers, Burger Head, BlackBear BBQ and the Mister G Burger Truck all making coveted appearances across the two day event.
Travelling all the way from sunny Brisbane is also Fat Belly Jack’s, with their American-inspired fried chicken, jumbo wings and signature Fat Belly Burger.
All burgers are $12 and will be made smaller than normal, so you can eat your way through a couple on the day!
It’s not however, all patties and buns at this year’s festival. For the spice fanatics, Burgapalooza’s infamous chilli eating competition is making a comeback. Anyone can sign up and try their luck, putting them in the draw to win some epic prizes.
MENULOG will also be bringing an exclusive obstacle course to the weekend festivities. The ‘Menulog Delivery Run’ will challenge festival-goers to complete an extreme ‘delivery’ for their chance to win some free burgers, plus Menulog vouchers and a spot on the leaderboard.
Tickets to the Burgapalooza festival are a mere $12 online and includes entry to the festival grounds. Alternatively you can purchase your ticket at the door for $15.
All burgers are available for purchase on the day within the grounds at $12 each.
