All your foodie, fashion and homewares senses will be simulated at The Market Tales as pop-up stalls line the trendy Precinct 75. Each vendor will trigger your excitement as you explore some of Sydney’s best kept secrets.
Last year, homewares and fashion lovers, Elena Antoniou and Anna Rizzo founded The Market Tales, and in 2017 they are raising the market bar. This time around some of the areas best eateries are joining the two-day market party.
Taking a gander through a cavalcade of renowned homewares, designs, art, jewellery and furniture merchants you will build up an appetite. But never fear, a raft of local food favourites including Johnny Fishbone, Continental Deli and Blackstar Pastry will settle your stomach cravings
Fancy a drink? Who wouldn’t! Enlisting the help of Archie Rose, Young Henry’s and Retief Wines your thirst will be quenched by a cocktail made available exclusively for The Market Tales.
Don’t worry about leaving your kids or four legged friends at home. The Market Tales is a family- friendly affair with activities for the most impatient relatives across the weekend. You may even be able to take some time out for yourself and engage in a bit of TLC, with the help of local barbers and nail artists.
Whilst searching for winter fashion warmers from the likes of Kitty Chow, Veiga Eyewear and locals Read and Bell, relax to the dulcet tones of neighbourhood buskers. Local fashion veteran Shona Joy will also be making an appearance at The Market Tales.
