The Clock Hotel Salumeria, Surry Hills
An array of mouth-watering meats, cheeses and Italian wines will be on offer at this pop-up bar as The Clock Hotel is bringing a piece of Italy to the Balcony Bar. Between 4th-6th October enjoy Italian cuisine, a three day weekend and welcome in the warmer months. Saturday to Monday, 12 – 5 pm.
Craft Beer & Cider Fair, Coogee
Coogee Bay Hotel proudly presents Beer and Cider Festival, a drinking experience not be missed. There will also be showing the NRL Grand Final on Sunday at 7.15pm Saturday 4th- Sunday 5th.
Pinot Palooza, Eveleigh
Pinot Palooza is back- a touring festival for lovers of Pinot Noir, great food and music. Pinot Noir producers in the Palooza line-up include Australia and New Zealand’s best – Ata Rangi, Bay of Fires, Kooyong, and Rippon to name just a few. Tickets are now on sale for $60 and includes a take-home Riedel ‘Heart to Heart’ Pinot Noir glass, as well as access to all the wines on tasting. Monday October 6th 1 – 6 pm.
Cider Festival, Watsons Bay
The iconic Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel will celebrate one of the most refreshing beverages of the season- cider. This three-day festival will showcase a variety of crisp and flavoursome varieties, alongside a fine selection of succulent seasonal fare. Kirin, Thatchers, Batlow and Sommersby are just a few of the ciders that will be featured. Saturday to Monday.
Delectable Dessert Demonstrations, The Rocks
As part of Sydney’s first ever chocolate festival, InterContinental Sydney will be hosting a dessert demonstration at The Rocks this weekend. This event will impress even the most seasoned chocolate connoisseurs while enjoying delicious pastries, chocolates and ice-creams. Tamas Palmer will also be cooking live and showcasing an exclusive dessert made especially for this free event. Saturday to Sunday, 10am – 5 pm.
