The menu will offer fresh, flavourful food and ingredients using only local produce. It will open daily for breakfast and lunch with dinner on the weekends. Menu highlights include house smoked pastrami salmon, quinoa pancakes, chia pudding, and warm baked pastries for breakfast. Lunch will offer a seasonal menu of superfood salads and delicious ciabattas. For dinner they’ll be serving a selection of tapas and share plates paired with quality wines.
