The team behind Queensland’s iconic Burleigh Pavilion has brought their magic to the Central Coast with Terrigal Pavilion, a 760-seat beachside precinct just over an hour north of Sydney.
The multi-level destination houses three distinct venues serving everything from sunrise smoothies to late-night party vibes.
The Pav occupies the entire top floor, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame 180-degree ocean views and a massive 2000-kilogram terracotta pizza oven takes centre stage. Pull up a seat at the 14-metre terrazzo bar overlooking the sun-drenched deck and order signature tropic margaritas alongside wood-fired pizzas, freshly-shucked oysters, and fish tacos made with local produce. Weekend live music keeps the energy going well after sunset.
Downstairs, Mediterranean-inspired restaurant The Tropic opens December 3rd, while The General Store serves sunrise coffees and casual takeaway. The Pav is open seven days from midday, with weekend service starting at 11am.
