With the launch of their new gin bar, The Clock Hotel has a stand out gin selection from all over the world and they are offering a weekend of great gin specials. From Friday 13th to Sunday 15th June, most of their stellar gin range with tonic is just $9 and the main attraction is a Hendrick’s Hot Gin Punch!
The Rook, Sydney
While every day is gin day at The Rook they have decided to host a week long themed event to help Sydney celebrate. Starting Tuesday 10th until Saturday 14th June they will be serving 7 deadly gin cocktails featuring The Rook’s 7 favourite gins. The week culminates with a big party on the Saturday starting at 7pm. Eau De Vie, Darlinghurst
This one is for the serious gin enthusiasts out there. Eau De Vie is holding an early World Gin Day event on Thursday 12th with the ‘Gin Queen‘ Caroline Childerley. They will be tasting an array of Australian gins including Stone Pine, Bass and Flinders and Four Pillars Rare Gin. Kicks off at 7pm and Tickets cost $75.
Barrel and Beast, Pyrmont
Jared Ingersoll’s pop up restaurant Barrel and Beast will be serving up a range of interesting food based gin drinks and cocktails this Saturday. Food-wise the bar will be covered with a selection of Pintxos (tapas) and later that night they will be roasting a ‘Melanda Park Pig’.
