The best winter markets in Sydney to check out this season

Sydney’s winter market season is in full swing, with Cambridge Markets bringing a lineup of community events to some of the city’s best locations over the coming months. Here are three worth getting out for.

Rise Manly Night Market

Thursday 25 June, The Corso, Manly. Part of the 10-day Rise Manly winter festival running 19 to 28 June, this one transforms The Corso into an after-dark destination with live music, light projections and market stalls covering fashion, art, jewellery, homewares and gourmet food.

Cronulla Winter Market

Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July, Don Lucas Reserve, Cronulla. Set right on the beachfront with ocean views, this two-day event covers boutique fashion, beach and lifestyle brands, ceramics, gourmet food and free kids’ entertainment. There’s also a pickleball demonstration court from The Picklr Cronulla if you want to try something new between stalls.

Wentworth Point Winter Market

Saturday 8 August, Town Square, Wentworth Point. A relaxed waterfront community market with artisan stalls, boutique fashion, gourmet food, sweet treats and free kids entertainment including a puppet show and giant bubbles. Three hours of free parking opposite Marina Square Shopping Centre.
