For $125 per person you will receive a five-course degustation menu set by Executive Chef Brian Geraghty using all Australian produce. Make your brunch a boozy affair with the option of matched wines for an additional $65pp or have your meal paired with non-alcoholic drinks for an additional $40pp.
The little ones can come along too, with a pasta and dessert option for $25, or they can opt for a choice of three degustation dishes for $75.
The brunch has three sittings throughout the day, 9am-11am, 1pm-4pm and 5pm-8pm, and is ideal for tables of two, larger groups or families.
This year, Berowra Waters Inn is teaming up with the Royal Hospital for Women foundation supporting the Malabar Midwives, a practice that supports Aboriginal maternal and infant health care. Malabar Midwives is an outcome-focused, indigenous urban midwifery model that consistently delivers a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal women.
A percentage of the proceeds on the day will be going directly to the Malabar Midwife foundation.
