Just 50 minutes drive from the CBD, Berowra Waters Inn boasts a spacious Scandinavian-style aesthetic, with water-front views of the Hawkesbury. Surrounded by native bushland and only accessible by boat (don’t worry all guests are provided with complimentary boat transfers), it’s one of Sydney’s best kept secrets. This Mother’s Day brunch is super special, just like mum!

For $125 per person you will receive a five-course degustation menu set by Executive Chef Brian Geraghty using all Australian produce. Following a coffee on arrival, the menu features dishes such as crab cakes with fresh chervil salad; smoked trout with fennel, orange and dill beurre blanc; pork rashers with tomato and bacon, and fresh berries and vanilla ice cream.

Choose to match it with Australian wines for an extra $55, or non-alcoholic drinks such as lemon aspen and chervil spritz, a fennel and cucumber kombucha, and a Virgin Mary for an additional $28.

The little ones can come along too, with a pasta and dessert option for $25, or they can opt for a choice of three degustation dishes for $75.

The brunch has three sittings throughout the day, 9am, 12pm and 3pm, and is ideal for tables of two, larger groups or families.
