Spend the day family and friends enjoying good food and wine, with live music and entertainment at the Wahroonga Food and Wine Festival. Over 130 wines and over 40 gourmet food and fresh produce stalls will be available to browse, try and purchase.
Wahroonga Park will be transformed into a culinary paradise for this one-day Festival with food and drink stalls, live stage performances, a dining/picnic area, farmyard animals and more. Masterchef contestant Mindy Woods will be there creating a special oyster tasting menu for the Champagne Taittinger oyster bar. It will include freshly shucked oysters courtesy of oyster farmer Ewan McAsh, prawn sliders and fresh strawberries with vanilla ice cream or ginger crunch.
Dessert-lovers head straight for the Serendipity ice cream stall to try their unique flavours.
Bring your own shopping basket and stock up on produce including flowers, organic fruit and vegetables, olive oils from Bunna Bunoo Olive Grove, jams from Cheeky Chops, vinegars and spices from Prue Blend and a range of gluten free treats from Miss E Gluten Free.
There will also be a range of exotic cuisines for you to try also with signature dishes from Wahroonga’s La Zanna restaurant, Thai food from La Thai, Mexican by Cantina Mobil, veggie burgers from The Veggie Patch, pancakes by Gourmandise de Paris and more food venders.
