Morrison’s Oyster Bar & Grill’s Off-Menu Wagyu Cheeseburger

Eat / 10 December 2025

A decadent new burger has arrived in Sydney, but it’s only for those who know to ask for it at Morrison’s.

Morrison’s Oyster Bar & Grill now offers an off-menu private-label wagyu sirloin half-pound cheeseburger, quickly becoming one of the city’s most indulgent bites. It uses 100% premium F1 1824 wagyu sirloin and 18-month Charles Arnaud Comté, packed into an artisan brioche bun with Morrison’s signature steak sauce. Hand-cut chips come on the side. The burger costs $42 and the premium ingredients make the price easy to justify.

The catch? You can only order it on Fridays from 11:30am until sold out, so plan ahead. It’s a weekly limited drop and a strong contender for any Sydney burger hit list.

Quick Bites:

What to Eat: The off-menu wagyu sirloin cheeseburger in all its half-pound glory.
Cost: $42, and the premium wagyu, aged Comté and artisan brioche easily justify the price.
When to Go: Fridays from 11:30am because it regularly sells out early.
Vibe Check: A little secret-menu excitement paired with classic steakhouse indulgence.
