This August, VicX turns North Sydney into a foodie playground with The X Series, running from 7th–23rd August.

Kick things off with Mary’s x Pocket Rocketz for fried butter chicken burgers, chaat masala hash browns, and chai masala soft serve (7th–10th). Then it’s matcha magic with Dopa x Cherry’s Goods offering pistachio and white chocolate matcha cookies with hot or iced matcha lattes (14th–17th).

Closing out, TokyoTaco x ToroToro Ramen serve bold fusions: chipotle broth ramen with chicken chashu and a Ramen Noodle TokyoTostada with salmon sashimi and ponzu (21st–23rd).
