It even has a pub inside!

Pints, pork pies and ham hock. Have you always dreamt of opening your own English pub? Well if you can scrape together a spare penny, or 71 million of them, then that dream could become a reality. A Vaucluse waterfront mansion has just hit the booming Sydney market and it could just break the city’s $71 million house price record.

In addition to a lavish six bedrooms and six bathroom affair, the Vaucluse mansion will keep you fit with a pool and tennis court. Fancy a swirl on the water? Go for it!  Gaze at your 180 degree city view, whilst standing on the edge of you 81 metre waterfront, with a jetty and boathouse include. Did we mention that there is a English pub inside?
The mansion is as up to date as they come, being refurbished only eight years ago. What’s more, Singaporean businessman and owner Mr C K Ow says he has barely had the chance to enjoy the Vaucluse decadence. Mr Ow, bought the property in 1995 from the Braham family for $7 million so he’s set to make a pretty penny.

Craig Potney from Ray White Real Estate in Double Bay says that there is nothing like this humble abode in Sydney, let alone on the market. The waterfront location, high ceilings, championship tennis court, Harbour views and whopping 3371sqm makes this a very unique residence in Sydney.
Call us crazy but we are already thinking about how we can get our hands on this house, and that pub. GoFundMe anyone?
