Four courses, a glass of Prosecco, and a menu made for sharing.
If your idea of romance involves long dinners, generous pours, and plates designed to be passed back and forth, this Italian-inspired Valentine’s celebration has your name on it. On Saturday, February 14th, Fratelli is setting the scene for a relaxed yet refined evening with a four-course set menu that leans into fresh, seasonal produce and bold Italian flavours, finished, of course, with something sweet to share.
Priced at $85 per person and kicking off with a glass of Prosecco on arrival, the menu is thoughtfully paced and effortlessly indulgent. Antipasti sets the tone with creamy burrata and prosciutto alongside delicate scallop crudo, before moving into a luxe lobster mafalde for primi, rich, silky, and gently spiced with chilli and citrus. For mains, guests choose between grilled lamb rack with romesco and smoked almonds, or pan-fried barramundi brightened with fennel and citrus. Dessert is a shared cherry and chocolate tiramisu, because some things are better enjoyed together.
Whether it’s a first Valentine’s or a long-standing ritual, this is a celebration built around conversation, great wine and that unmistakable Fratelli charm.
