Teaming up with the Truffle Festival Association as part of the NSW Southern Highlands and Canberra Region Truffle Festival, head to The Gantry for a special ticketed event and ongoing truffle menu. On Wednesday 19th June, truffle lovers will swoon over a six-course truffle degustation dinner, teamed with matching wines. If you can’t make it to the dinner, there are still plenty of truffle offerings on both the Pier One and Kerrigan menus. Head to the Kerrigan for the ultimate ‘Truffle Toastie’ with truffle pecorino served on truffle potatoes. Meanwhile at the hotel, the breakfast menu is getting a truffle takeover, featuring Truffle Eggs Benedict and Truffle Breakfast Tortillas.
