The Hot Cross Bun recipe took the number-one spot, proving it’s a dish Australians want well beyond Easter. Viral hits also made waves, including the Pink Salt Trick, Dubai Chocolate filled with pistachio and tahini, and the ever-popular Pornstar Martini recipe. Global flavours continued to grow, with searches for Turkish Pasta and Japanese Mounjaro recipes surging throughout the year.
