As part of the Opera House Summer Playground, an airstream camper that combines art, food and design is hosting the Veuve Clicquot Pop-Up Bar. With a beach atmosphere at the harbour, take a seat under the palm trees and enjoy a glass of champagne at sunset.

Veuve Clicquot begins a tour of the country in the luxury trailer as the kick-starter of all summer parties all over the world. The Veuve Clicquot Airstream serves delicious seafood matched perfectly with Veuve Clicquot Champagne. This includes Prawn Cocktail ($19), Baked Salmon with Salad ($25) and Oysters ($3.50 each). If you’re coming with a friend share the Seafood Platter for Two ($65). This includes a selection of oysters, roasted salmon, cooked prawns, potato salad and bread.

Out of the Veuve Clicquot champagnes you have the selection of ordering either a flute ($20) or bottle ($105) of the Yellow Label NV or a flute ($29) or bottle ($145) of the Vintage 2004. It sounds like the perfect after-work oasis to us!
