Alberto’s Lounge, CBD
From June 1st, the neighbourhood Italian restaurant and wine bar Alberto’s will be open for dine-in daily from 5pm till late. Although walk-ins are welcome, the venue recommends booking ahead here.
Bar Totti’s, CBD
For those craving a dose of delicious wood-fired bread, we’ve got some great news. The crew from Bar Totti’s are open again, welcoming up to 10 patrons into the venue for a meal and a drink at a time. The venue won’t be taking bookings, so it’s first in best dressed. Find out more here.
Bar Jr, Redfern

bibo Wine Bar

Bistro Moncur, Woollahra
Bistro Moncur French Restaurant is an institution that first opened its doors 25 years ago in Woollahra. Bistro Moncur offers a perennially consistent French bistro menu alongside daily specials which showcase the best of Australia’s seasonal produce. The venue is currently open Tuesday-Wednesday from 5:30pm-8:00pm (last booking) / Thursday-Sunday from 12pm-8:00pm. Bookings are currently limited to 10 per booking (no split bills). Henry Deane, Millers Point
Hotel Palisade’s iconic bar and restaurant Henry Deane will be opening from Friday, May 29th for Friday to Sunday dining. Bookings are now being taken for May 28th onwards via phone only on 9018 0123 (lines open Mon to Sat 9am to 5pm). Plus, a credit card deposit of $50pp will be required at the time of booking which will be redeemable against your bill, with strictly 2-hour sittings. Find out more here.
Huberts, CBD
French eats and delicious wines are back on the menu! From Wednesday, June 3rd Huberts will be open from Wednesdays to Saturdays from 5pm till late (for dinner only). Due to reduced capacity, the venue recommends booking ahead online here.
Isabel, Bondi
From May 22nd, Isabel will be opening the doors on a Friday and Saturday night for you to enjoy their kaiseki menus. This includes 4 courses of cocktails with matched food will set you back $70, and 6 courses $90. Bookings are essential, so call the venue on 1800 411 774 or click here to book.
Jacoby’s Tiki Bar, Enmore
The oh-so-fun tiki bar, Jacboy’s is now open again for dine-in service. From June 2nd, the bar will be open with a max. capacity of 25 patrons. The bar will be open Tues, Wed and Sun 6-12am and Thurs to Sat from 6pm to 2am. It’s walk-ins only, first come first serve (with no bookings yet). Find out more here.

The intimate Darlinghurst wine bar Love Tilly Devine is now taking reservations every day of the week. Many Wharf Hotel, Manly
Manly Wharf Hotel, known by the locals as ‘Wharf Bar’, is an iconic Manly venue for a long lunch or an evening of drinks with friends. Perched on the water’s edge overlooking Sydney Harbour and Manly ferries, the Jetty Bar is the perfect spot to while away an afternoon. The seaside pub has a seasonal lunch and dinner menu with a popular seafood selection, gourmet pizzas, salads and grills. Misfits, Redfern
Misfits is an eclectic bar and lounge in Redfern. Nestle into a booth in the lively bar, sit by the fire in the secret cocktail lounge behind the bookcase, or hang out in the glasshouse courtyard and enjoy a casual dining menu of bar and bistro favourites. No. 5 Restaurant, Alexandria
Tucked away in the backstreets of Alexandria, the converted warehouse venue No. 5 Restaurant is back open for dine-in. The restaurant is back operating for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday with an innovative A La Carte and Chef’s Sharing menus available. The team has also recently introduced weekend lunches, which includes a $40 set lunch and the cocktail of the week available as an add on for $25 for 2 hours of bottomless service. The neighbourhood bar-meets-restaurant Ode is now open for dine-in service. The venue will be open Thursday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, serving a set menu for all guests ($80 per head). The Glenmore, The Rocks
Positioned in the heart of The Rocks, The Glenmore has been an Aussie icon since 1921, boasting one of the best rooftop bars in the city with stellar views of Sydney Harbour. Just as popular as the sundrenched rooftop is the delicious pub fare – the classics you know-and-love done well, including hot wings, pulled pork rolls, and BBQ beef ribs. Tucked away on the middle level is a classic Hollywood-inspired cocktail bar – perfect for intimate drinks with friends or cosying up in winter. The Woollahra Hotel is an iconic local centrepiece in the community that has evolved and changed throughout the years. After a few weeks of renovation, it is finally back to offer an elevated pub dining experience that goes beyond the traditional definition of ‘pub grub’ – get ready to indulge in new contemporary pub food with Asian influence.

Zephyr Rooftop Bar, CBD
The highly anticipated return of Zephyr rooftop bar is here. With an unrivaled location, twelve floors up overlooking Sydney’s Darling Harbour, Zephyr boasts a selection of inventive new cocktails, a seasonal snack menu and arguably one of the best spots to watch a Sydney sunset with a drink in hand.
During lockdown the team were busy testing new ideas and some exciting new cocktails have been added to the menu. For those that like a little heat, try the Smoked Chilli Margarita, with volcanic salt and chilli rim.
