The Maybe Cocktail Festival is back for its fourth year, taking over Sydney from 14th to 19th April with six nights of world-class guest shifts and collaborations.
This year’s lineup brings 22 of the globe’s leading bars and bartenders to town, including Mexico City’s Handshake Speakeasy, which claimed the title of The World’s Best Bar in 2024. Trust us, this is the kind of talent you don’t usually see outside major international cities.
The festival draws bartenders from New York, London, Cartagena, Berlin, and Hong Kong, making it the only cocktail event in Australia to attract this scale of international expertise in a single week.
