The International Presents Huge Moves 10 — A Three-Level Wine Party to Remember

Drink / 16 May 2025

Joel Amos (yes, the man behind DRNKS and Loose Lips) is back with the tenth edition of Huge Moves, and this one’s set to be the most ambitious yet.

Teaming up with The International in the heart of the CBD, Huge Moves 10 is taking over all three levels of the venue for a next-level wine, food and music takeover on Saturday, June 7th, from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Sprawled across The Wine Bar, The Grill, and the breezy Panorama Bar, Huge Moves 10 brings together over 40 of the most exciting local and international winemakers. Expect to taste more than 150 wines from cult producers like Giorgio De Maria Fun Wines, Lo-Fi Wines, Harkham, Fleet Wines, Mallaluka, Wines of Lebanon, Pride of Lunatics, Mondo Imports, and many more still to be announced. Whether you’re a seasoned natural wine nerd or just along for the vibes, this is a tasting lineup that’s hard to beat.

To soak up all that vino, the Attenzione! Wine Bar Takeover promises punchy, Italian-style snacks from the Redfern favourite, served in the sun-drenched plaza and designed to match the mood of minimal-intervention wine.

Feeling fancy? Book yourself into the all-new Quick-Fire Lunch at The Grill — a fast-paced, two-course dining experience from Executive Chef Joel Bickford (ex-Aria, Shell House). The menu includes raw scallop with cultured cream, white radish and chardonnay; Comté with porcini, Jerusalem artichoke and onion caramel; Rangers Valley 250g flank steak served with jus gras; plus shoestring fries and a side of dressed leaves. Paired with two curated wines and served in just 45 minutes, this $95 ticketed add-on is perfect for those wanting to indulge without missing out on the tasting floor buzz.

The soundtrack for the afternoon is curated by DJ Veda and Adi Toohey, setting the tempo across all three levels. But the party doesn’t stop when the tastings do. As the afternoon wraps, the crowd will head upstairs to Panorama Bar for the official afterparty — a rooftop Halfway Crooks reunion hosted by DJ Levins and Captain Franco.
