Head Chef Roon Park has curated a menu that’s all about bold flavours and shared moments. Start with Build-A-Bao Buns, where katsu chicken or sesame tofu meet fluffy bao perfection, or sink your teeth into Prawn Rolls served on Martin’s potato buns. For those who love a bit of theatre, the Robata Skewers—stacked with wagyu, chicken, and lamb—are brushed with Japanese-inspired glazes and fired up over an open flame.
