The Corner Opens in Palm Beach: A New All-Day Dining, Providore & Wine Bar

Drink, Eat / 1 October 2025

From morning coffee to European-style dinners, The Boathouse Group’s newest opening redefines the neighbourhood hub.

Palm Beach just scored a new local. The Corner, a fresh concept from The Boathouse Group and chef Sam Kane (ex-Bert’s), has opened its doors, blending all-day dining, a providore, wine bar, and delicatessen under one roof. Part coastal café, part European bistro, part general store — it’s designed as a true gathering place for locals and visitors alike.

Housed on Beach Road, the 120-seat space channels the warmth of a contemporary coastal cottage with intimate nooks inside and a sun-drenched deck outside. The Corner moves seamlessly through the day: mornings begin with single-origin coffee and pastries, afternoons bring vibrant salads and ciabatta sandwiches, and weekends wrap up with Kane’s elegant bistro-style dinners and a rotating list of wines and cocktails.

Menus lean into seasonality and provenance, think smoked rainbow trout with potato latkes and roe for breakfast, yellowfin tuna crudo with green tomato for lunch, and a Copper Tree Farm steak with bone marrow for dinner. The providore shelves feature everything from cult smallgoods by LP’s Quality Meats to Goldstreet Dairy cheese and artisan jams, oils and ferments.
