Mecca
Mecca has been roasting coffee in the heart of Alexandria since 2005. Their mission is to source coffee ethically and share the details with the drinkers to credit the makers from the start of the process to the finished product; so you can feel extra satisfied when you drink your morning brew. The Little Marionette
From humble beginnings, The Little Marionette team has grown into a specialty roaster at the forefront of the Australian coffee industry. You’ll find their roastery in Rozelle, but they supply cafes from Tamarama to Times Square, so you’ll never be far away from one of their delicious brews. What sets them apart is that they manually roast all the beans using a refurbished 1930’s Probat roaster which gives them their distinct flavour.
