King Street Wharf Masterclass

King Street Wharf returns to Taste of Sydney in 2015 with the inaugural series of Master Classes. Hosted by 2014 My Kitchen Rules contestant and Best Restaurant’s editor Anna Lisle, King Street Wharf’s most recognised venues will be running master classes over the four day festival.
Participating venues include Cargo Lounge, The Loft, The Malaya, Pier Nine, Kobe Jones, Wharf Teppanyaki, Steerson’s Steakhouse, George’s Mediterranean Bar and Grill, Meat District Co. and Casa Ristorante Italiano. The secrets to their signature culinary creations will be explained with chefs and mixologists sharing their best recipes and tips with the audience.

Artisan Producers Market

A boutique range of premium food and beverage products in the same location for a limited time only. Ingredients for the latest culinary trends can be found in the myriad of stalls.
A highlight of some of the amazing producers setting up shop for the festival include Victorinox, Tabasco, Two Elk Cider and Spiced Fig.

A taste of Europe with Celebrity Cruises

Masterclasses designed to allow you to discover the secrets to the perfect partnering of food and beverage. Each participant will receive a European themed tasting plate inspired by dishes served onboard Celebrity Cruises ships, paired with matching European beverages.

Electrolux Taste Theatre

The Electrolux Taste Theatre will host live cooking demonstrations by some of Australia’s leading chefs. Favourite recipes will be shared, and cooking appliances tested.
With over four free to attend demonstrations at each Taste session, there is going to be a wealth of free cooking knowledge up for grab. Plenty of inspiration included!
