Calling all brunch lovers: on Saturday 30th August, more than 15 of Sydney’s most iconic venues, including North Bondi Fish, Opera Bar, Chiswick and Oxford House, are joining forces with ST-GERMAIN to host Sydney’s Biggest Bottomless Brunch.
From 11 am–1 pm, each venue will bring its own flavour to the event, with live DJs, curated menus, and free-flowing elderflower cocktails designed to celebrate all things spritz, summer, and Sydney.
For $95pp, guests will enjoy a bottomless brunch menu created in collaboration with cult bakery Shadow Baking (yes, the focaccia will be there) plus a flowing line-up of ST-GERMAIN cocktails including the Hugo Spritz, White Linen and Stealth Margarita. And as if bottomless brunch across the city isn’t enough, one lucky bruncher will score a trip for two to Paris, flights and accommodation included.
