The white chocolate ice cream sandwich at 4Fourteen is a delicate dessert made with creamy ice cream, topped with dulce de leche. Thin toffee wafers make the top and bottom later of the sandwich. This bad boy will set you back $16. (See feature picture above).

Just take a look at it! Pazar’s signature horchata & sour cherry flavoured Booza ice cream with Turkish fairy floss is a standout. They also have specials that pop up and a few regular favourites. Try the roast banana Booza & chill chic fudge or their Booza ice cream sandwich with fig and walnut, tahini, grape molasses and sesame all for just $12.

Barrio Cellar
Churros. Forget dessert this is what we like to call an “anytime food”. At Barrio Cellar, you can get a churros ice cream sandwich. Warm, doughy, cinnamon goodness surrounding dulce de leche ice cream sounds heavenly.

The Powder Keg
If you’re after a more sophisticated version of the ice cream sandwich check out this little beauty. A twist on the favourite cocktail The Negroni, The Powder Keg have created a negroni ice cream sandwich. It is filled with negroni ice cream, topped with marshmallow, and biscuit for the base. These little pockets of fluffy magic are irresistible and nearly too pretty to eat.
