A luxe cocktail bar, premium dining room and casual eatery are coming soon to Sydney Tower.

It’s been an ambitious project for the team at Trippas White Group (responsible for the likes of Reign and Esquire at the QVB, Botanic House and The Calyx). Over the past 6 months, the group has been transforming one of Sydney’s most iconic CBD spots: the Sydney Tower. And this month, we’re thrilled to see the first of the tower’s new dining spots open its doors.

Following a $12-million redevelopment, Sydney Tower will now boast three levels of new drinking and destination, all set towering over Sydney’s famous skyline. From Sydney’s highest bar to a premium new restaurant, discover what to expect from this new foodie destination below.

Opening on September 30th, Infinity at Sydney Tower (replacing 360 Bar and Dining) will be the tower’s new premium dining room located on Level 1. Expect stunning revolving views of Sydney and surrounds at this exciting new restaurant.

Headed up by Mike Dierlinger (Head Chef for Infinity and Bar 83), the restaurant will draw on global influences with an ever-changing menu celebrating contemporary Australian cuisine with the finest local produce and international flavours and influences. You’ll be in good hands as Dierlinger has hailed from the two-hatted The Bridge Room (along with 16 years spent working in Michelin-star and hatted restaurants across Europe, south-east Asia and Australia).

For a more relaxed affair, head to SkyFeast at Sydney Tower. Located on Level 2, this casual dining spot will boast a vast array of cuisines from around the globe, including seafood, pasta, salads, desserts and most.

Plus, don’t miss Bar 83 at Sydney Tower. This brand-new luxe cocktail bar and lounge located on Level 3 (replacing the former event space, Studio Sydney Tower) is set to be Sydney’s highest bar (standing a grand 83 floors above street level). Get ready, Bar 83 is set to open on September 30th 2020.
