The Wharf Restaurant and Bar Drops Anchor at Wharf 4/5 This September
The Wharf Restaurant and Bar tips its hat to the much-loved “Wharf at Walsh Bay” from STC’s early days, offering oysters and martinis at the bar, or full dinners of chargrilled globe artichoke, brick chicken with nduja butter, and steak frites with pomme pavé. Partnering with The Fresh Collective, the venue blends cultural history with a modern edge, housed within a 100-year-old wharf with soaring windows and waterfront views.
Later in the year, the company will launch Folio Bar at Roslyn Packer Theatre, reimagining the pre-show drink into a destination-worthy experience.
