Fancy a G&T dahlin’?
Head down to Sydney’s waterfront to celebrate all things gin at the Little Fish Summer Gin Garden. Freshly open, Little Fish boasts a herb and flower stair-garden with beautiful views of Sydney harbour.
You’re in safe hands with a gin menu specially selected by gin aficionado come Bar Manager, Adrien Charpentier. Plus, it’s the only location in Australia where you can taste the exclusive French Audemus Spirit’s Pink Pepper Gin.

There is 11 gins available to select from; straight up or mixed to your liking. It’s a mix of local and international offerings, with standouts like the German “Monkey 47” and Australia’s very own “Cutlass” from The West Winds.
