The Conservatory Bar has partnered with Stoli Vodka to create a martini menu inspired by LGBT icons including Donna Summer, Kylie Minogue, George Michael & Madonna. Try them for just $12 during Martini Happy Hour for a limited time!
The official Mardi Gras parade may be over but the LGBTQIA+ celebrations are still rolling at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park! The team have called upon Stoli Vodka to cause ‘Martini Mayhem’ at The Conservatory Bar until the 7th of March. The collaboration champions the humble martini and fabulous queer icons across five tasty new cocktails which are $12 during Martini Happy Hour. There’s also an oyster-shucking station and Sydney artist & DJ Chase Zera will close the celebrations with an unforgettable performance on Saturday 4th March.
The limited-edition martini menu features five cocktails inspired by pride icons including the ‘I Feel Love’ which is a salted caramel espresso martini inspired by Donna Summer, the ‘Supernova’ which is a cucumber, elderflower and peppermint martini inspired by Kylie Minogue, the ‘ Fast Love’ which is a vanilla and camomile tea martini inspired by George Michael, the ‘Diamonds Are Forever’ which is a twist on a Vespa martini inspired by Shirley Bassey, and the ‘Lucky Star’ which is a classic martini with a twist served with a 23-karat gold leaf olive inspired by Madonna. Now that’s a fabulous line-up!
The Martini Mayhem doesn’t stop there! Every Monday – Friday between 5pm – 7pm, Martini Happy Hour allows you to make your way through these limited-edition martinis for just $12 each. An oyster-shucking station will also be set up at The Conservatory Bar every Friday to Sunday serving freshly shucked oysters with your choice of vodka granita in pride colours and martini mignonettes thanks to Stoli Vodka. It’s the perfect pre-drinking situation before you head out on your WorldPride endeavours happening across the city.
The festivities will culminate in a one-night-only performance by Sydney-based musician and dancer Chase Zera on Saturday 4th March. The set will feature all your favourite pride anthems, and dancers dressed in flamboyant costumes promising an exciting event.
