Sydney! The Opera Bar is about to transform into its Rosé All Day Festival.

taking place from September 6th to 15th. This celebration is the perfect way to enjoy the spring sunshine with stunning views of Sydney’s harbour.

A $45 ticket grants you access from 11am and three drinks of your choice. Will you opt for a classic still or sparkling rosé, or dive into unique concoctions like the frozen rosé and honey margarita? For those seeking something a bit different, try the rosé rebellion, a refreshing mix of Campari, sweet vermouth, sparkling rosé, and coconut water, or the spring kiss, al blend of rosé, Aperol, St Germain, raspberry liqueur, and soda. For a touch of luxury, Moët & Chandon Rosé Champagne is available for $99 a bottle.

The pink theme extends to the festival’s snacks. Enjoy Sydney Rock oysters with a rosé mignonette, tuna tartare on prawn crackers with finger lime, or strawberries and cream pavlova. Yum!
