Most recently, Mode Kitchen & Bar was award the coveted Chef Hat from the Australian Good Food Guide for 2020 (for the second year in a row). And it’s not hard to see why with a welcome atmosphere and attentive service plus an uncomplicated yet refined menu.
To celebrate this outstanding achievement, the team from Mode Kitchen & Bar is launching an exclusive autumn menu showcasing some of their favourite dishes. In fact, this is the first time the restaurant has offered a degustation menu, making this a must-see event.
This autumn, book your spot at Mode Kitchen & Bar to enjoy a seven-course degustation menu ($100 per person). Begin with starters of Vol au vent with Siberian Caviar and Zucchini flowers with wood-roasted buffalo ricotta and white truffle.
There’s also grilled King Prawns, Sapghettoni with Moreton Bay Bugs, dry-aged Duck Breast and so much more. As for dessert, you’ll be treated to Gin Baba’ (crafted using Archie Rose’s signature gin) and a chocolate mousse with salted tuiles, roasted hazelnuts, and raspberry sorbet.
