Saint Peter is celebrating a decade of putting Australian seafood on the world stage, and Josh Niland is marking the milestone with a series of once-in-a-lifetime collaborative dinners.
Each event brings a world-renowned chef to Paddington for a single night, creating exclusive menus that showcase the extraordinary breadth of Australian fish and produce.
The series kicks off on April 15 with Rasmus Munk, the boundary-defying chef behind Copenhagen’s Alchemist. Ranked number five on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants and named Best Chef in the World at the 2024 Best Chef Awards, Munk will be cooking on Australian soil for the first time.
The lineup also features heavy hitters including Virgilio Martínez from Central, Wylie Dufresne, Joan Roca from El Celler de Can Roca, and Pascal Barbot from Astrance, with more announcements to come.
